External Reviewer Request for Payment

To remit payment, please follow the two steps below:

  1. Submit the Macalester Standard Engagement Contract
    • You’ll first see a window to enter your contact information. Once complete, you’ll be directed to a form within PandaDoc (a secure, web-based tool Macalester has selected).
    • Fill out the required portions of the form and click submit.
  2. Securely Submit W-9
    • In order to pay you, Macalester requires a W-9 is completed.  Follow the link above to securely submit your W-9.
